Let's turn around the truly awful statistics surrounding this disease and give others the life chances my wonderful dad was denied. Gary Hicks was diagnosed in January 2020 and died exactly one month later, almost to the minute. No time for active treatment, no opportunity to tackle that bucket list, just one very traumatic month. Please let's make this much needed change and ensure other families don't have valuable time stollen away.
