I lost my husband Chris in June 2005, it's criminal that nothing has improved in those 18 years. He had just turned 60 and lost the battle 7 months after diagnosis. It was heartbreaking seeing him just waste away. So sad he never met his 5 grandchildren, ranging in age from 11 to 16. He would have loved them and they him. I and my 2 sons still miss him, so much he missed out on.
