Paul was my lovely brother. He was told he had a cyst on his pancreas and the hospital was starting to look into his awful backpain. It was discovered the cyst was cancer, spread to his liver and lung and the back pain was because the cancer was resting on a nerve. This was on a Monday, he died on the Thursday. No time at all, such a loss. My lovely brother ❤️
