My dedication is to my beautiful amazing mum who passed on the 9th December 2020 there is not a single moment of any day that I do not miss you She was so brave and fought so hard for 4 and half months after been diagnosed with this cruel disease Love you always Mum Xx Pancreatic Cancer has been neglected and underfunded for decades this needs to change
