Graham was been fighting pc for a year the Journey has be horrible with chemo x radiotherapy and chemo tables / Non-operable and The tumour is not responding to treatment 😞 his doctors say they nothing more that can be done. so him to make memories with us his now on last stage on palliative care. This is so hard to watch a loved one go through this nasty disease our young children are devastated of losing there daddy. 😢😢more needs to be done so no more families have to go through this 💔
