Lockdown and pancreatic cancer killed my mum. But she was diagnosed with vertigo, severe indigestion and a heart attack before a consultant noticed she was jaundiced. Six weeks later she was dead. She held on until new year's day so that she didn't die the same year as her mother, my gran, who she had looked after for 25 years. This was the rest of her life. Even in lockdown, I think they could have asked a few more questions. We need more and better research. We miss her.
