My dad was rushed into hospital suffering severe pain. He died whilst writhing in agony 5 days later. At no stage during this period was pancreatic cancer suspected although confirmed by the post mortem as being the cause of his death. a truly dreadful disease with a critically low chance of survival. Much more research and investment is required, urgently.
